"Do I have a drinking problem?" is the wrong question, because it's all about how alcohol makes you feel. Sober curiosity is the ability to be introspective and ask yourself if your drinking habit is ultimately making you happy. It's waking up after a night of drinks and asking yourself, do I really feel my best? Could I be happier not drinking? In a new video, I'm talking about the sober curious movement and being open-minded enough to realize that anyone is allowed to look into their relationship to alcohol, no matter what their drinking habits look like. It's being open-minded to experiment with sobriety and discover what really makes you happy.
